The Ai-Sales system does not dictate a certain mandatory pricing philosophy nor a trade-in valuation policy.
We'll make recommendations about what we've seen work, but we recognize that such decisions belong with our dealers. Our experience is that dealers are remarkably resourceful at adjusting to what produces effective results.
Our favorite pricing practice is what we call the "more than a little price guarantee." Online or offline, consumers want to know that they are getting a fair deal. By making an unconditional statement that you will refund a substantially better price (say a savings of >1% of the selling price) found from at another dealer with as few conditions as possible, then standing behind it, you effectively earn the trust you deserve and redirect the consumer's focus to where it should be: on a superior experience. Every dealer on our system can develop and use whatever Price Assurance Policy and Other Marketing Messages they require to make their consumers comfortable with the process.
Now here is where the photo-realistic digital character (known as an avatar) is employed to improve the overall experience. Down the left hand panel on the screen shot below, you will notice that the digital character can be controlled to educate the consumer about any screen object or allow you to push reinforcing or educational thoughts towards the consumer... all with the goal of earning trust and delivering an effective "Persuasion Architecture."
